SPECIAL LOCATION: Moorhead High School Career Academy
Thin spindle work can be a little intimidating. Jim McTavish will be giving a demonstration of the tools and techniques you can use to create attractive hair pins, detailed finials, and other small diameter spindle projects.
NOTE: We are meeting this month at the Moorhead High School Career Academy, 2800 27th Ave S, Moorhead (just east of Menards). Park on the north-east side of the building and come to door #16. (Click here for a map.)

Bring a friend, and bring something for Show and Tell! We’d love to see what you’ve been working on! As in the past, we’ll start gathering at about 6:30 p.m. to socialize, and the formal meeting begins at 7 p.m.

Basic Bowl turning class
We’re working on holding a one-day class on basic bowl turning. Details are still to be determined, but this would likely be offered on a Saturday in May or June. If you’re interested, send an email to Roy Jacobsen.
