Our November meeting is coming up: 7 p.m., Thursday, November 11, 2021. Jim McTavish will demonstrate how to core multiple nesting bowl blanks from a single block of wood using the McNaughton Center Saver system.

Coming up: Christkindlmarkt 2021
Minn-Dak Woodturners will have a booth at Christkindlmarkt 2021, Thursday, November 18 through Sunday, November 21, and we need your help! We can still use some volunteers to demonstrate or chat with visitors to the event. If you’re interested in helping, please email Roy Jacobsen. We also would like to have some tops to give away to the kids who come by. If you can make some tops to give away, bring them to the meeting this week.
Our meeting will be at “In the Chips” located at 303 21st Street North in Moorhead, just north of Burger King and the Coca-Cola Plant. Plenty of parking on the North side and on the street. As in the past, we’ll start gathering at about 6:30 p.m. to socialize, and the formal meeting begins at 7.
IMPORTANT: We ask that unvaccinated attendees wear a mask or face shield (unless you have a medical exemption). Also, In the Chips are not currently providing coffee and treats; however, you are welcome to bring your own.
